The misery was revealed after a bamboo scaffolder called the police that a human skeleton was found in a unit on the fifth floor of the tenement building.
It was learned that the 500-square-foot flat has been vacant for around ten years. The skeleton, believed to be a male, was almost fully intact.
The worker said he was working on scaffolding when he saw the human skeleton.
The case was listed as a body found, and the coroner will determine the cause of death as well as the time of death.
