Hong Kong and Macau Affairs Office director Xia Baolong visited the Hong Kong Palace Museum on his sixth day of his trip in the city.

Xia arrived at the West Kowloon Cultural District in the company of Chief Executive John Lee Ka-chiu at around 9 am on Tuesday. He was welcomed by Henry Tang Ying-yen, the chairman of the Board of the West Kowloon Cultural District Authority and Betty Fung Ching Suk-yee, the Chief Executive Officer of the Authority.
He spent over 3 hours at the Museum and exchanged views on various topics with youngsters. Xia encouraged them to take advantage of opportunities to seek improvement.
Xia also met with some economists at government headquarters afterward and will conclude his weeklong inspection trip on Wednesday.
