In a statement, Li said he was deeply saddened by the pain to Mo's family caused by the concert accident, noting his commitment to helping "in any way he could".
Li is the chairman of PCCW, the parent company of Mirror concert organizer MakerVille.
Li added that he and Mo's family have discussed the conditions of Mo and shared information gathered from experts along with the latest medical technology support.
"In addition to the company's commitment to cover Mo's medical expenses, I will personally provide financial support to MO's family in the amount of HK$10 million," he said.
Li understood that financial assistance could not alleviate the family's pain, but he hoped he could help them during this difficult time.
