His management company, Stardust Promotion, announced the termination of his contract due to serious compliance violations on Tuesday, just two days after Hong Kong police arrested a Japanese man on suspicion of indecent assault on Sunday (Mar 2).
It was learned that the arrestee was Kamimura after a post circulating on social media claimed he had inappropriately touched a female staff member during an after-party.
Kamimura participated in a fan meeting event in Hong Kong on March 1 as part of an Asia tour scheduled to continue in Thailand, Osaka, and Tokyo over the coming months.
