The trial for three members of Returning Valiant was adjourned to September 1 and they will be remanded until then.
Fourteen people were arrested in connection to the bombing case plotted by the pro-independence group. Among them male driver Chan Hoi-leung, 24, female student Kwok Man-hei, 18, and a 15-year-old male student were charged with conspiracy to commit terrorist activities.
Chan and the 15-year-old student appeared in West Kowloon Magistrates' Courts this morning, while police escorted Kwok from hospital to the court in the afternoon.
Defense said Kwok suffered depression and once thought of killing herself, yet police seized her medicine prescribed by the psychiatrist. Defense demanded that Kwok will receive appropriate treatment when she was remanded.
Th trio didn't have to make a plea yet for the moment.
Court also denied the bail application for Chan and the 15-year-old boy, while the lawyer representing Kwok didn't apply for bail.
The case was adjourned to September 1, awaiting further investigation by the police.
