People Power lawmaker Raymond Chan Chi-chuen, who was one of the pro-democracy lawmakers ejected from the chaotic Legislative Council House Committee special meeting this afternoon, said he is in hospital.

Radio Television Hong Kong live footage shows Hong Kong Federation of Trade Unions lawmaker Aron Kwok Wai-keung allegedly grabbing him by the collar and dragging him to the floor.

"I'm in the ER. I was terrorized by Kwok Wai-keung's unprovoked & violent assault in #LegCo. Kwok's behavior shows his & Federation of Trade Union's true colors: members of the pro-China industrial organization incited riots & planted murderous explosives across #HongKong in 1967," Chan said on his Twitter account.

On his Facebook page, Chan posted a photo of a receipt from Ruttonjee Hospital in Wan Chai.
