Hang Lung Properties' (0101) Summit at The Peak sold a 2,337-square-feet duplex apartment with a private car parking space for HK$124 million. 

Located on the 27th floor, the sold unit boasts an altitude of over 218 meters.

At an altitude of over 330 meters at its highest on the upper section of Stubbs Road, Summit is one of the most iconic landmark residences on The Peak. The developer expressed confidence in the project's long-term potential, as high-quality residential properties has always been scarce in the area.
