Villa Lucca sells two villas within two days

Villa Lucca, a luxury residential project in Tai Po developed by Hysan Development (0014) and HKR International (0480), sold two villas within two days. A four-bedroom ensuite villa was sold on Wednesday for HK$135 million, with two parking spaces. The 5,305 square-foot villa, featuring a 1,318 sq- ft garden, a 30 sq-ft terrace and a 963 sq-ft rooftop, was sold for HK$25,448 per sq ft.

The developer sold another five-bedroom two-ensuite garden villa on Tuesday for HK$74.8 million.

The villa spanned 3,327 square feet, including a 580-sq-ft garden, 20-sq-ft terrace and a 539-sq-ft rooftop, and was sold for HK$22,483 per square feet.

The low-density residential project enjoys opportunities brought by the cross-border development in the Northern Metropolis, said Hysan office and residential director Jessica Yip Mo-ching.

Villa Lucca has sold 186 properties to date, generating nearly HK$5.4 billion.
