Wheelock's Monaco sells the last three-bedroom apartment for $20.17 mn

Wheelock Properties' Monaco sold its furnished last three-bedroom unit for over $20.17 million on Tuesday. 

The unit on the 35th floor of Tower 2A spans 678 square feet, and was sold at a price for HK$29,752 per sq ft. 

To date, the entire Monaco series has sold 1,692 units, generating over HK$21.5 billion in revenue, with Grande Monaco completely sold out earlier this year.
