The Sterling I to unveil more units in the coming weekend

China Resources Land's (1109) The Sterling I in Southwest Kowloon is expected to roll out more flats as early as the coming weekend and commence sales next week, as it received a warm response from the market.

The project has recorded over 2,700 checks within 48 hours of the release of its first price list, representing an oversubscription of over 25 times for 102 units in the first batch.

CR Land (Overseas)'s sales and marketing director Kong Jian said the upcoming new units will account for not less than 10 percent of the total, and the new price list may be released along with the tender arrangements.

The residence also attracted more than 10,000 visits to its sales office, the developer said.
