Swire to launch completed units for sale at The Headland Residences phase 1

Swire Properties (1972) plans to launch the next batch of units at The Headland Residences phase 1 in Chai Wan as completed flats, adding there is room for price increase.

Adrian To Wai-yip, the company’s director of residential, noted that phase 1 has sold around 350 units since its launch last September, raking in about HK$3.1 billion.

He added that all standard one-bedroom units have been snapped up.
