The Headland Residences launches price list for 79 units on Wednesday

Swire Properties (1972) released a price list for 79 units at The Headland Residences in Chai Wan on Wednesday, with discounted prices starting from HK$8.19 million.

This latest batch consists entirely of a two-bedroom layout ranging from 512 to 538 square feet. The discounted prices range from HK$8.19 million to HK$10.02 million, with discounted prices per sq ft ranging from HK$15,715 to HK$18,615.

Meanwhile, the developer released the latest sales arrangement. A total of 120 units will go on sale next Tuesday, including 78 units via price list and 42 units by tender.
