Uncle of Derek Cheung sells Happy Valley home for HK$36.88 mln 

Anthony Cheung Kee-wee, chairman of Wah Ha Realty, has sold a two-bedroom unit at The Altitude in Happy Valley for HK$36.88 million last month, or HK$25,417 per square foot.

Cheung, also the uncle of Hong Kong entrepreneur Derek Cheung, purchased the 1,451-sq-ft unit in 2012 for around HK$36.84 million. After a 14-year holding period, the transaction ended in a breakeven.
