Wheelock Properties sales exceed HK$24b in first half of 2026

Wheelock Properties said on Wednesday that it sold 2,022 units in the first half of the year, raking in around HK$24.16 billion.

Ricky Wong Kwong-yiu, vice chairman and managing director of Wheelock Properties, noted that both sales volume and revenue saw significant growth, reaching about 2.7 times the figures recorded during the same period last year.

He added that the company will focus its efforts on its Kwu Tung project Park Silicon in the second half of the year, which will bring 781 units to the market. 

Meanwhile, the developer also expects to launch its residential projects, Double Coast II in Kai Tak and The Monet in Kowloon Tong to the market in the second half of the year.
