One Victoria Cove to roll out remaining units soon

Henderson Land Development's (0012) One Victoria Cove in Hung Hom, co-developed with Hysan Development (0014) and Empire Group, plans to put remaining units up for sale in the near term, while considering launching special units via tender, said Mark Hahn Ka-fai, the general manager of the sales (2) department of Henderson Land.

He said that the project has sold 553 units so far, raking in over HK$4.7 billion.

He added that Henderson Land has sold 2,400 units so far this year, earning HK$27 billion, of which the sales (2) department contributed around 1,300 units for HK$16 billion.

Hahn mentioned that phase 2 and phase 4 of One Victoria Cove are expected to launch as soon as the second half of the year.

Additionally, Henderson Land’s phase 6 of Square Mile in Mong Kok, which offers around 120 units, is expected to be released as soon as in June, according to Hahn.
