Mont Verra unit sold for HK$215 million

Kerry Properties (0683) sold a luxury four-bedroom apartment at Mont Verra in Beacon Hill for HK$215 million, via tender on Monday.

This 4,390 square foot decorated unit, together with two parking spaces, fetched about HK$48,975 per sq ft, marking the fifth sale at this luxury project this year.

A total of 49 units have been sold at the development so far, totaling over HK$14.7 billion.

The average transaction price for the project stands at HK$58,000 per sq ft.
