Modern mansion in Pok Fu Lam sells for $300m

Ryoden Development’s Pok Fu Lam Road 138 sold a mansion with two parking spaces for HK$300 million by tender on Saturday.

The 6,071-square-foot manse links to a 490-sq-ft rooftop, a 1,121-sq-ft terrace and a 1,607-sq-ft garden, as well as a private swimming pool. The luxury project involves three mansions, with sizes ranging from 6,071 to 6,088 sq ft.

Hong Kong’s new luxury developments have fetched several deals each worth more than HK$100 million this April, including a flat in Kerry Properties' (0683) Mont Verra in Kowloon which sold for HK$227.5 million.
