Mont Verra rakes in HK$660 mln from three luxury home sales 

Kerry Properties'(0683) ultra-luxury residential project, Mont Verra in Beacon Hill, has cashed in around HK$660 million from the sale of three units on Monday.

The highest-priced transaction involved a 4,262-square-foot, four-bedroom unit which fetched HK$245 million, or HK$57,485 per sq ft.

The project has sold 52 units so far, raking in over HK$15.4 billion, with an overall average price of HK$58,000 per sq ft.
