Mont Verra penthouse sells for HK$580m, setting new primary market high

Kerry Properties'(0683) ultra-luxury residential project, Mont Verra in Beacon Hill, has set a new high for the city’s primary residential market in 2026, raking in HK$580 million for a top-floor duplex sale.

Spanning 7,403 square feet with a 1,931 sq ft balcony and three parking spaces, the four-bedroom home achieved roughly HK$78,347 per sq ft.

With 11 units sold for over HK$2.6 billion this year, the project's total sales have reached 54 units worth more than HK$16.2 billion, averaging HK$58,000 per sq ft.
