KT Marina II's second sales brochure offers 1,121 units

KT Marina II, in Kai Tak, co-developed by K Wah International (0173), Wheelock Properties, and China Overseas Land and Investment (0688), has uploaded the second sales brochure of 1,121 units on Monday.

The new batch includes studio to three-bedroom units, primarily one- and two-bedroom units, ranging from 258 to 771 square feet, with sales expected to begin next month. The total price will be based on Phase I of KT Marina and recent total prices of first-hand properties in the area.

Quinly Wan, director of development and leasing at K Wah International, said Phase I has sold 793 units for nearly HK$6.6 billion to date. The developer, therefore, adds more units for Phase II following its robust sales record in Phase I.
