KT Marina to launch 108 more flats this Sunday

KT Marina in Kai Tak will launch another round of sales on Sunday, offering 108 flats, 78 of which will be offered through its seventh price list, with discounted prices averaging HK$17,680 per square feet.

It is co-developed by K Wah International (0173), Wheelock Properties, and China Overseas Land and Investment (0688).

Discounted prices range from HK$4.91 million to HK$5.71 million, or HK$16,003 to HK$18,748 per sq ft, according to Quinly Wan, K Wah International Director of Development and Leasing.

The remaining 30 two-bedroom units will be put up for tender, Wheelock Properties managing director Ricky Wong Kwong-yiu said. 

China Overseas Property managing director Tony Yau Wai-kwong revealed that the average rent per sq ft recently is approximately HK$50.
