KT Marina records 87 flats sold this year

KT Marina in Kai Tak, co-developed by K Wah International (0173), Wheelock Properties, and China Overseas Land and Investment (0688), has sold 87 units this year for over HK$20,600 on average per square foot.

The project has sold 742 units for over HK$6 billion since its launch, and it will launch phase 2 of KT Marina shortly to reflect the market demand.

Quinly Wan, K Wah International’s Director of Hong Kong Properties Development and Leasing, said prospective buyers and investors see Kai Tak's development potential, with a buoyant economy and interest rate reduction cycle underway.

She also hopes the 2026-27 budget will introduce measures that benefit the property market.
