KT Marina unveils fifth price list

KT Marina in Kai Tak, co-developed by K Wah International (0173), Wheelock Properties, and China Overseas Land and Investment (0688), has unveiled its fifth price list – offering 102 units at an average price of HK$31,619 per square foot with no discounts.

The newly released batch comprises mostly mid- to high-floor units, ranging from 288 to 771 sq ft and offering layouts from one- to three-bedroom apartments. Prices range from HK$8.28 million to HK$30.84 million, or HK$27,141 to HK$41,831 per sq ft.

The cheapest unit is a 305-sq-ft one-bedroom flat priced at HK$8.28 million, or about HK$27,141 per sq ft.
