Central Residence By The Park records multi-unit purchase for nearly HK$60 mln on Wednesday

Central Residence By The Park, co-developed by Pacific Century Premium Developments (0432) and CSI Properties (0497), recorded a buyer who purchased three units for nearly HK$60 million on Wednesday.

PCPD sales and marketing director Cello Chan said the project Prime Collection series has only two one-bedroom units left, with one of the units will be sold by tender on Friday.
