Blue Coast sells three units for HK$120 mln

CK Asset's (1113) Blue Coast in Wong Chuk Hang, sold three four-bedroom units by tender on Wednesday, cashing in around HK$120 million.

Among the transactions, one four-bedroom unit with 1,263 square feet sold for HK$42.31 million, a price of HK$33,500 per sq ft.

This deal sets new records for the Blue Coast series, marking the highest sale price and the highest price per sq ft to date.
