Central Residence by The Park sold 8 units over weekend, launches 2 more units for tender

Central Residence by The Park in Mid-Levels Central, co-developed by Pacific Century Premium Developments (0432) and CSI Properties (0497), sold eight units over the weekend, generating more than HK$200 million. Two three-bedroom units will be sold via tender next Friday.

Cello Chan, sales and marketing director at PCPD, said the transactions involved three-bedroom units, with sizes of 1,017 square feet and 1,074 sq ft. The transaction prices were HK$42.6 million and HK$51.3 million respectively.

The newly launched units are three-bedroom units, with sizes of 1,017 and 1,029 sq ft.

The project has sold 22 units via tender, generating more than HK$900 million.
