Sun Hung Kai Properties (0016) has unveiled the third price list for its Novo Land Phase 3A project in Tuen Mun, featuring 126 new units at an average discounted price of HK$11,578 per square foot – 0.3 percent higher than the previous batch – following a sell-out of all 160 flats offered in its first-round sales on Saturday.
The newly released units cover a range of layouts from studios to three-bedroom apartments with salable areas between 237 and 690 square feet. Discounted prices range from about HK$3.01 million to HK$7.65 million, or HK$10,609 to HK$13,782 per sq ft. Among them, 26 units – around 20.6 percent of the new batch – are priced below HK$4 million.
The developer plans a second round of sales on Wednesday, offering 128 units, including 126 available via price list and two through tender.
