Everyone is welcome to join the second edition of the Hong Kong Pop Culture Festival, which kicks off at Victoria Park in Causeway Bay on April 6 at 1.30pm.Secretary for Culture, Sports and Tourism Kevin Yeung Yun-hung, lawmakers Joephy Chan Wing-yan and Kenneth Fok Kai-kong, director of Leisure and Cultural Services Vincent Liu Ming-kwong and chairman of the Museum Advisory Committee Douglas So Cheung-tak will officiate the opening ceremony. The ceremony will feature Music X Dance, Movie X Fashion and Martial Arts X Anime performances by singer Gin Lee and martial artists Lau Chi-lung, Lydia Sham and Samuei Hui.
The theme this year is "Arts and Action" as the Leisure and Cultural Services Department wants to showcase the diverse charms of Hong Kong's pop culture.

ImagineLand, the festival's opening program, will be held immediately after the ceremony. The two-day outdoor music festival will run from noon to 10pm tomorrow and Sunday with both daytime and evening programs.
Gen S Concert, Memory Lane and Funarts Corner will be available during the day, while the screening of Movie Under the Stars will be held at night.
