Anita Mui Yim-fong's fans club will organize a multimedia exhibition for the late Cantopop diva to commemorate her death 20 years ago.
The exhibition, organized by Mui Nation, will take place from October 1 to 15 at MOKO Mall, which is connected to the Mong Kok East MTR station.
It will be divided into five sections to show Mui's iconic music videos, performance clips, movies and charity works through multimedia means, including turning Mui's posters into animations created by Metropolitan University's Creative Arts Department.
Former assistant director of broadcasting Cheung Man-sun and veteran broadcaster Candy Chea Shuk Mui are the honorary consultants of the exhibition.
The organizer will also work with Kim Robinson, who had been Mui's hairstylist, and fashion designer Dorian Ho Kwok-ching, to design an outfit fit for Mui in 2023.
Apart from the exhibition in the mall's lobby, and on the first and fourth floors, there will also be a film festival and seminar, as well as charity and merchandise sales.
