Wild boar shakes up driving lesson

Watch out for wild boars when you're driving - one chased a vehicle when a woman was having a driving lesson in North Point yesterday.

A loud bang was heard when the woman was driving across Wai Tsui Crescent in Braemar Hill at 11.43 am under the guidance of her driving instructor.

The one-meter boar crashed into the back of the car and fled to the hillside and disappeared.

The left side of the car was dented, leaving a sand and mud. No one was injured.

Police arrived after receiving a report and registered personal information of both persons. The case was listed as wild pig sighting and defective vehicle.
