Step into the playful world of Macao’s tourism mascot and enjoy a fun-filled family day at the Mak Mak Experience Hub. Parents and children can explore four colourful themed zones, peek inside Mak Mak’s Office, pose for photos in the Mak Friends Livestreaming Room, and embark on an immersive Macao journey through VR experiences and an AI camera at Mak Mak’s Daily Travel. On weekends and designated public holidays, families can meet Mak Mak, join hands-on craft workshops and enjoy picture-book reading sessions. Visitors can also hunt for hidden ‘Mini Mak Mak’, collect stamps, discover limited-edition rewards, try the Digital Claw Game and browse exclusive Mak Mak-themed merchandise. JOGUMAN brings its playful world to Macao for a fun-filled family holiday across two colourful attractions. At LEMONADE PLAYLAND at NOVA Mall, parents and children can meet BRACHIO and friends amid cheerful lemonade-themed displays inspired by the positive spirit of turning lemons into lemonade. Splash into Family Fun with Kawo
Make a splash with the whole family at KAWO SPLASH BAZAAR, a colourful weekend carnival led by Macao-original character Kawo. Set against the waterfront surroundings of Lai Chi Vun Shipyards, the bazaar invites parents and children into Kawo’s playful blue world, complete with oversized character installations and plenty of cheerful photo opportunities. Young adventurers can dig and play in the outdoor sandpit, while adults and children can enjoy a family kayaking experience together. Between activities, browse handmade creative products, sample an assortment of light bites and drinks, and discover the charm of Macao’s home-grown creativity. Free weekend shuttle buses connect the venue with LRT Lotus Station and various attraction spots around town, making it easier for families to join the fun. Big Discoveries for Curious Young Minds
Turn a family day out into an exciting voyage of discovery at Macao Science Center. The Exhibition Center encourages children to learn through play, with interactive exhibits covering astronomy, sound, biodiversity, technology and other fascinating fields. Younger visitors can complete hands-on tasks in the Children Science Gallery, while the Fun Science Gallery introduces scientific ideas through engaging experiences. For energetic explorers aged 2 to 12, the tropical rainforest-themed MSC Kids World offers age-specific play zones.
