Smugglers caught with 184 game discs strapped to bodies at HK-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge

Customs officers at the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge have intercepted several travellers attempting to smuggle 184 game discs into the mainland by strapping them to their bodies, authorities said.

The incident occurred around 3am on March 15 at the Zhuhai highway port entry hall. Customs officers noticed several travellers taking the green channel (no declaration) walking stiffly and appearing nervous, and stopped them for inspection.

The travellers had used plastic wrap to tightly bind the game discs around their waists and abdominals. They confessed to carrying the goods for a fee.
