MTR Corporation has appointed Wilson Kwong Wing-tsuen as its Hong Kong transport services director and a member of the executive directorate, effective January 28, 2026.
Kwong currently serves as chief executive of Hong Kong Air Cargo Terminals Limited and brings extensive management experience from previous senior leadership roles, including as CEO of Jardine Engineering Corporation from 2012 to 2018.
The Medal of Honour recipient holds multiple degrees including a Bachelor of Science in Economics from The London School of Economics, MBA from HKUST, Master of Science in Real Estate from University of Reading, and Juris Doctor from Chinese University.
MTR CEO Jacob Kam welcomed Kwong's appointment, noting his cross-sector experience in engineering, aviation, logistics, real estate development and asset management. Kwong will succeed Jeny Yeung, who becomes CEO on January 1, 2026.
Kwong maintains professional memberships with The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and serves on several HKSAR Government committees including the Hong Kong Logistics Development Council.
