The Qianhai cooperation zone in Shenzhen has launched an innovative talent aggregation program, partnering with Hong Kong to offer 72-hour experience vouchers that invite global professionals to explore the Greater Bay Area.

The initiative will provide global talents with 500 flight tickets, 200 coastal accommodations, and 1,000 high-salary job opportunities.
Qianhai Block V, the initiative’s landmark, also began operation on Wednesday (Aug 27), aiming to provide "one-stop" services for talent, including the latest policy consultations, connections to optimal venture capital resources, and precise job matching.
The talent hub will feature eight themed sections, including a common lounge, café, and multifunctional lecture hall, while activities such as workshops will be hosted regularly.
It is reported by local media that more than 51,000 individuals who hold postgraduate or higher degrees reside in Qianhai, with over 3,000 foreign professionals working and over 5,000 foreign talents living in the area.
The district has also attracted a total of 660,000 professionals in modern services and industrial technology, demonstrating a continuous talent agglomeration effect.
