ComplexCon, one of the largest pop culture festivals in the United States, will return to Hong Kong on March 21 next year, following its inaugural Asian edition in March.
The organizers will announce the three-day event’s artistic director, headliners, and brand partners starting in late November. Selected tickets will also go on sale in late November.
During its Hong Kong debut in March, the carnival attracted over 30,000 attendees from the city and abroad at the AsiaWorld Expo, with international visitors accounting for 55 percent of total attendance.
It also featured collections and works from over 100 brands, 30 performing artists, and 200 creators and artists from all over the world.
Bonnie Chan-Woo, organizer of ComplexCon Hong Kong, stated that the festival's return will amplify Hong Kong and the Greater Bay Area as the epicenter of luxury urban culture.
Financially supported by the Mega Arts and Cultural Events Fund under the Culture, Sports and Tourism Bureau of the HKSAR Government, the event aims to foster a vibrant east-meets-west cultural dialogue while elevating the city’s reputation as a premier destination for mega-events.
