Man arrested for sneaking upskirt photos in Kowloon City

A girl had an upskirt photo taken in Kowloon City on Friday morning, leading to the arrest of a 33-year-old man.

At 7.28 am today, the man sneaked his phone under the skirt of the 16-year-old girl to snap a picture while on Ma Tau Chung Road.

The police arrived at the scene after receiving the report.

After a preliminary investigation, they arrested the 33-year-old man named Wu on suspicion of unlawful recording or observation of intimate parts.

He is currently being detained for investigation.

The case was handed over to the Fourth Team of the Kowloon City Police District for follow-up.
