Woman attacked by multiple men while having a drink in Hung Hom

Police were alerted to Hung Hom on Friday morning after a woman was reported to have been attacked while drinking with friends.

At 7.37 am today, police received a report from the daughter of a 46-year-old woman stating that her mother was attacked while having drinks at a bar located at 41 Lok Shan Road in To Kwa Wan.

After police investigation, it is understood that the woman surnamed Hui was having some drinks at the bar when three to four men suddenly appeared and struck Hui's head with a bottle.

She was bleeding profusely and made her way back home, where her daughter found her injured then contacted the police for assistance.

The incident was listed as an assault case, and it has been handed over to the Kowloon City police district.

No arrests have been made so far.
