The hearse arrived at Wo Hop Shek's Gallant Garden around 1pm on Friday for the burial of Senior Fireman Ho Wai-ho, who died battling the Wang Fuk Court blaze.
Family members carried his portrait, supported by colleagues bearing the coffin, with Ho's helmet placed atop for interment together.
Relatives, Director of Fire Services Andy Yeung Yan-kin, and others observed two minutes of silence before laying flowers at the grave.
One family member brought their pet dog to bid farewell.
Wreaths from his girlfriend, family, and officials surrounded the site.
After departing Hung Hom's World Funeral Parlour, the procession held a roadside tribute outside Wang Fuk Court in Tai Po, then proceeded to Ho's former Sha Tin Fire Station.
Colleagues saluted the hearse one final time and rang the bell, marking his official end of shift, before heading to the cemetery.
