Fan expects the resumption of multiple-entry visas for Shenzhen residents - which has been expanded to include non-permanent residents in the Chinese city - will boost the city's retail and tourism sectors.
Forward Fashion says Beneunder prices in the city will be similar to those in China as it will offset higher labor and rental costs through higher customer traffic.
