Hang Seng Index rallies in early trading on Tuesday as tech stocks rebound

The Hang Seng Index rallied in the early morning trading session on Tuesday.

The benchmark Hang Seng Index surged 402 points to 26,236 points. 

The Hang Seng Tech Index also jumped 2.1 percent to around 5,220 points.
