Citi Hong Kong said the use of artificial intelligence helps to anticipate and meet clients' evolving needs, building the future of wealth management.

Speaking in the “Creating an AI Ready Economy” forum, Vicky Kong, head of wealth for Asia North & Australia at Citi, said the company leveraged AI to optimize operations, empowering its teams to focus on providing clients with timely, sophisticated and hyper-personalized wealth management solutions.

Meanwhile, the bank noted that it's modernizing technology platforms to bring advanced functionality, innovation, and personalization to both clients and colleagues.
