Four youngsters aged 12 to 14 were arrested for criminal damage over their pranks in Shui Chuen O Estate in Sha Tin, including blocking key holes with glue and sticking residents’ shoes to the walls.

A total of 12 flats at Lok Chuen House and Shing Chuen House were affected by the kids’ pranks which took place in the afternoon last Saturday (Sep 23).
After an in-depth investigation by Shatin police, three boys and a girl were arrested on suspicion of criminal damage in Tin Sam and Kowloon City on Tuesday.
It is understood that the case doesn’t involve the kids participating in illegal debt recovery activities.
All four of them have been released on bail and they must report to police in late-October.
