Authorities were alerted of the incident at around 8 am on Tuesday, where a meter-long wild boar sneaked into the swimming pool of the private housing estate, taking a dip before the animal tried to find its way out.
Officers of the Agriculture, Fisheries and Conservation Department were called to the scene, and the wild boar was shot with a tranquilizer gun at around 10 am before being taken away by the officers.
