Regal Hotels International is now launching its brand new Regal Club loyalty programme and smartphone app. Through a simple digital journey, members will receive the latest updates on promotions and offers for the group’s hotels (including Regal Hotels, Regala Skycity Hotel and iclub Hotels), We Go Mall and the Regal eShop. Members can earn points from electronic spending, and redeem exclusive benefits and privileges.

Free Membership and Limited-time Welcome Offer

A limited-time welcome offer is now available to new members. Sign up as a Regal Club member within the promotional period and receive 5,000 Regal Club points, which can be used to redeem a HK$100 dining voucher. (Terms & Conditions Apply)

Level Up Member Experiences, Enjoy Exclusive Privileges Everywhere

Members will earn 1 point for each HK$1 spent by electronic payment. These points can be used to redeem a wide spectrum of rewards, including dining offers in over 60 restaurants, hotel spa offers, as well as extra benefits for hotel stays, e.g. late check-out. Members are eligible to earn up to double points upon any spending during their birthday month.

Regal Club has four membership tiers: from the entry tier ’Pearl’, to ‘Sapphire’, to ‘Emerald’ and to the highest tier ’Diamond’ with one year (12 months) membership period . Members can enjoy membership renewal or tier upgrade when reaching designated spending requirements within certain period of time.

Each membership tier comes with an expanded range of unique privileges, including:
- Up to 25% off dining at hotels and We Go Mall
- Up to 20% off spa massage services
- Birthday gift: Complementary dinner buffet for two (for designated tier)

Green Dining Incentives and Sustainability Programmes

Regal Hotels is committed to raising public awareness on the importance of environmental protection and sustainability. As part of its effort to inspire more action, the group is introducing a number of special incentives to encourage green and healthy dining. Regal Club members who spend a designated amount on online purchase of vegetarian food can receive 2X points. Members can also get eCoupon for their next purchase of vegetarian Poon Choi takeaway items when dine-in at Regal Hotels’ restaurants at certain amount, etc.

In addition, the group has future plans to set up sustainability programmes where members will be able to donate their points to environmental and charity organisations, or make a difference in person by taking part in an array of environmental activities.
