Boy, 13, arrested after taking upskirt photo in Nam Cheong

Police arrested a 13-year-old boy accused of taking upskirt photos of a 27-year-old woman at Nam Cheong MTR Station on Tuesday night.

Officers received a report around 6pm yesterday from the woman, saying she caught the teenager taking upskirt pictures of her on an escalator in the train station.

Police then arrived and arrested the teenage boy on suspicion unlawful recording or observation of intimate parts. He is currently detained for further investigation.
