This came after a 66-year-old woman living in unit 10D tested preliminary positive just days after an Indonesian helper and her employers living in unit 5D were infected by the fast-spreading Omicron Covid variant.
While authorities are evacuating all households living on units D between the sixth and 24th floor, they have locked down the building again – after first one last Thursday – to test all residents in an attempt to flush out all possible silent carriers.
