The naked body of Chan Yin-lam, 15, was found floating last year not far from the Hong Kong Design Institute in Tiu Keng Leng, where she studied.
Superintendent Man Wai-cheung, who examined Chan’s body after it was airlifted to a Sai Wan Ho marine police base on September 22 last year, said the body was “slightly bloated,'' and with “bulging eyes'' and “swollen lips.''
He said that a two-by-four inch scar was found on Chan’s right calf, but that he thought the scar was not lethal.

Marine Police superintendent Man Wai-cheung says he noted the body of the girl bloated.
