The Park Lane Hong Kong, a Pullman Hotel, in its latest collaboration with the artisanal perfume boutique, Scented Niche, is presenting guests with the "Scented Niche x Ebb & Flow Afternoon Tea" - an olfactory culinary journey with meticulously curated fragrances.

In keeping with Scented Niche's belief that "Good things take time," the tea set has been crafted with patience and care, ensuring that guests enjoy not just a meal, but an experience that engages all senses.

It marries the art of perfumery with gastronomy, featuring a menu infused with the essence of Scented Niche's philosophy where quality reigns supreme as well as the distinctive scent notes of Caprese lemon, bitter orange, French rose, pink berry, vanilla. Guests will savor a delectable array of savory dishes inspired by this concept, including the Crab Salad on Croissant Toast, Duck Rillette & Foie Gras Mousse Open-faced Sandwich, and a Vegan Cucumber Sandwich for those preferring a plant-based option.?

The sweet selection promises to enchant with Madagascar Vanilla Cream Choux, tropical Mango & Passion Fruit Cake, the decadent Inspiration Raspberry Chocolate Cup, and the Fresh Strawberry & Pink berry Tart, and it is completed with the quintessential Rose Scone with Jam and Clotted Cream.

To complement the culinary journey, guests can choose from an array of beverages, including Homemade Scented Tea, coffee, and a selection of drinks.
