The Sterling II offers 407 units with price list out on Tuesday

China Resources Land (1109) has uploaded the sales brochure for Phase Two of its Southwest Kowloon project, The Sterling on Monday, offering 407 one-to-three bedroom units from Tower 5A to Tower 5B.  

The 407 units range from 269 to 730 square feet, including 105 one-bedroom units, 140 two-bedroom units, 140 three-bedroom units, and 22 special units. All three-bedroom units feature a kitchen layout, according to sales and marketing deputy director Cen Feifei.

The Sterling I has sold 485 units to date, generating nearly HK$4.61 billion, according to Jeffrey Sy, managing director of CR Land (Overseas).

The first price list will be released Tuesday, with prices guided by prices of units from The Sterling I.
