China Resources Land (1109) said on Sunday that it has secured pre-sale consent for The Sterling II in Southwest Kowloon, with sales expected to kick off this month.
CR Land (Overseas) sales and marketing deputy director Cen Feifei said that the phase offers 407 units, comprising one- to three-bedroom layouts.
Meanwhile, Jeffrey Sy, managing director of CR Land (Overseas) mentioned that The Sterling I had sold out all 101 price-listed units that were offered during its final sales round on Saturday.
This brings the project’s total sales to 482 units, raking in nearly HK$4.56 billion.
He noted that the project also sold 18 units by tender on Saturday, bringing total tender transactions to 68 units and fetching over HK$950 million through tender.
Notably, a 655 square feet, three-bedroom flat with a 597 sq ft balcony was sold for HK$19.19 million, or HK$29,300 per sq ft, setting a new record for both the project's transaction price and price per sq ft.
